● Handful of strawberries and raspberries (frozen) ● 1 bottle of ÖselBirch fermented birch water SOUR ● 1 bottle of ÖselBirch fermented birch water RHUBARBIE
Preparation: Blend fermented birch water with the berries in a blender. If you like it more sweet, add a sweetener of your choice. Add rhubarb birch water on top and serve in wine glass with a sugar rim.
● 1 bottle of ÖselBirch MINTY ● Fresh lime and mint
Preparation: Cut lime into wedges, add fresh mint leaves and muddle. You can add extra lime juice for more sourness or raw sugar for more sweetness. Fill the glass 3/4 with ice and top off with birch water. Serve with fresh mint leaf and straw.
SWEET & HOT ARONIA
● 2-3 cloves ● 2tsp coconut sugar ● Cayenne pepper ● Juice of 1/2 lime ● 175ml ARDON Börch ● Decorate with mint

SWEET GINGERLY
• 1 tsp raisins • 2 tsp coconut or brown sugar • Juice of 1/2 lime • Cinnamon peel • Cardamom • 175ml GINGERLY Börch
